How to de-activate the three dots (Health Indicators) on the screen?

  1. Login to your Pickcel account. Go to the Settings and select Device Profile.



  2. Click on + Add Profile.



  3. Enter the Profile Name.


  4. Hide Health Indicator should be disabled. Verify it and click on Add Profile.




  5. Hover the mouse over the profile, and click on the three vertical dots on the extreme right. From the dropdown, select Assign Screens.




  6. Select the screen for which you need to remove three dots. Now, click on Assign.



  7. Restart the screen and wait for 2 minutes for the profile to be active on the screen. Once active, the three dots (Health Indicator) will disappear.
