How to Change from HTTP to HTTPS in Pickcel On-Premise?

End users are not permitted to perform the HTTP to HTTPS migration on their own. To switch your Pickcel deployment to HTTPS, please contact the Pickcel support team: contact@pickcel.com.

Requirements for Enabling HTTPS

To initiate the change, ensure you have the following files ready:

  • server.key – Your SSL private key file

  • server.crt – Your SSL certificate file

Once these files are available, share them securely with the Pickcel support team. They will handle the necessary configuration and server update.
