How to Change Password for Old users?

How to change your account password in Pickcel? (Old users)

If you registered your account prior to 22nd Nov, 2023, please follow these instructions:
  1. Sign in to your Pickcel account.



  2. Navigate to the top right corner and click on the profile icon, then select "Settings."



  3. Under "Change Password," enter your current password in the "Old Password" field.



  4. Proceed to input the "New Password" and confirm the new password.



  5. Click on "Update" and your password will be changed successfully.



  6. Your new password will be successfully updated.


For security reasons, log out of your account.
Log back in using your new password to ensure the changes take effect.
