How to check if the internet is connected on screen in Pickcel?
To check if the screen is connected to your screen, there are three ways to do so.
1. On the Pickcel App:
To check your internet connection status, please look at the three dots displayed below on your screen. If the first dot from the left is green, it indicates that you are connected to the internet. However, if the first dot appears red, it signifies that you are currently not connected to the internet.
2. From Screen settings:
- Go to the Settings menu.
- Navigate to the Network Settings section.
- Check if the Wifi or Ethernet option shows as connected.
- If it shows as connected, open any internet-based applications, such as YouTube, and check if they are functioning properly.
3. From Pickcel Console:
You can determine the online or offline status of your device by checking the color indicator. If the indicator is red, it means the device is offline, whereas if it is green, it indicates that the device is online.
