How to use InstaStream app in Pickcel?

With Pickcel's InstaStream application, live streaming any event or meeting from your mobile is just a few taps away. Follow these steps to begin with streaming :

Setting Up the Insta Stream App on Screens :
  1. Log in to your registered account at https://console.pickcel.com
  2. Navigate to the Apps section from the side menu and search for Insta Stream.

  3. Click Create App and enter a name for your app (make sure to avoid spaces or special characters).

  4. Click the Create Stream Channel button and wait for the keys to generate.

  5. Once the keys are generated, click the Close button at the bottom.

  6. Create a composition with your desired layout.
  7. Add the Insta Stream app to the composition and click Save to finalize the composition.
  8. Publish the composition to the screens where you want to stream live content.
  9. The screens will display a "Waiting for stream to start" message until the stream begins from the Pickcel Go mobile app.

Streaming from the Pickcel Go Mobile App
  1. Install the Pickcel Go app from the App Store or Play Store if you haven't already.
  2. Log in with your registered email ID and password.

  3. Tap the More option in the bottom navigation bar to access additional menus.

  4. Select the Streaming option.

  5. A list of Insta Stream apps created in your account at the console will be displayed.
    Note : If no apps are visible, please ensure you have created one

  6. Tap the app you just created, and a confirmation popup will appear.
  7. Tap Start Streaming to be redirected to the streaming screen.

  8. Grant the necessary permissions when prompted.

  9. Once permissions are granted, the app will begin streaming from the mobile camera.

  10. The streamed video will appear on the TV screens where the app is published.
  11. You can mute/unmute the microphone or switch between the front and rear cameras while streaming.
  12. Tap the Stop icon in the center of the screen to end the streaming session.
