The Email Alerts for Offline Screens setting helps you get email notifications when a screen goes offline.
Go to Settings > Alerts.
Enable Alerts
Turn email alerts on or off.
Alert Type
Realtime: Sends an alert when a screen stays offline for the set time.
Periodic: Sends alerts at regular intervals.
Operating Hours
Set the time range when alerts should be active.
Threshold
Choose how long a screen must stay offline before an alert is sent.
Email Recipients
Add the email addresses that should receive alerts.
Update
Click Update to save your changes.
The settings in the image show:
Alerts: Enabled
Alert Type: Realtime
Operating Hours: 10:00 to 19:00
Threshold: 15 minutes
Recipient: nandini@pickcel.com
With this setup, if a screen is offline for more than 15 minutes between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM, an email alert will be sent to nandini@pickcel.com.
Open Settings.
Click the Alerts tab.
Turn on Email Alerts for Offline Screens.
Select Realtime or Periodic.
Set the Operating Hours.
Select the Threshold time.
Add recipient email addresses.
Click Update.
Alerts are sent only during the selected operating hours.
You can add more than one email recipient.
Use Realtime for instant alerts.
Use Periodic for summary-style alerts.
No alert received? Check that:
Alerts are turned on
The correct email address is added
The screen stayed offline longer than the threshold
The offline time happened during operating hours
You clicked Update after making changes
