What's causing my Samsung Tizen TV getting stuck in the "Waiting for content" screen?
There are two primary factors leading to the Samsung Tizen TV getting stuck in the "Waiting for content" screen:
- Your internet connection is experiencing instability.
- The TV storage has reached its capacity.
To address these issues:
- Verify your internet connection status. When it's stable, all three dots at the bottom right corner of the screen will turn green.
- It's possible that your TV storage is full.
To clear TV storage on Samsung Tizen, follow these steps: - Using your remote, press the Menu button.
- Navigate to System.
- Select General.
- Choose "Empty Storage."
- After clearing the device storage, the Pickcel app will launch automatically and attempt to download content onto the display.
