I cannot access my Uptime reports. What steps should I take?

How do I access my Uptime reports?

Here's how to view your Uptime report:
  1. Log in to your Pickcel account.

  2. Navigate to the "Reports" module.

  3. Click on "Uptime Reports."

  4. Choose your report period: Daily, Monthly, or Custom (where you can specify date ranges).

  5. Click "Continue."

  6. You'll see the uptime reports for all screens in your account.

  7. You can download these reports by clicking on the download icon. This will download a .csv file for you to view it in an excel sheet.
