1. Go for the Reports module.
2. Click on Uptime Report
3. There are three ways to view this (Daily, Monthly and Custom)
A. Daily: If you want to check any particular date report, go for the daily option and select a date from the calendar. Click on Continue button after selecting the date.
You will get the information about how much time the screens were displaying the content and daily average uptime. You can download them locally to your PC if you want by clicking the Download button.
B. Monthly: If you want to check the monthly report, go for the monthly option and select a month from the dropdown list. Click on the Continue button.
You will get the information about how much time the screens were displaying the content and the monthly average uptime. You can download them locally to your PC if you want by clicking the Download button.
If you want any particular Screen monthly report then click on the screen name in the list view, it will show each date report of the selected screen played on the month. You can download them locally to your PC if you want by clicking the Download button.
C. Custom: If you want a particular period of time, ie, from one date to another and not full month. You can select the custom option and select the dates and click on Continue.
You will get the information about how much time the screens were displaying the content and the average uptime between the exact dates. You can download them locally to your PC if you want by clicking the Download button.
