How do we Schedule or Publish contents on the screen?

There are three ways to schedule/publish the contents. 

1. Quick Play

• Click on "Composition"
  
• Create a composition if you do not have one created. 
  
• Hover your mouse on to that composition to see the "Play" icon and click on it. 
  
• Give a name to this quick play and enter the time for which the content should run. You can give time upto 180 minutes. 
  
• Select the screens on which this should run and click on "Submit".
  
• Your contents are now live on the selected screens.

2. Schedule

• Click on "Publish.
  
• Click on "Select" under Schedule.
  
•  Select the required timing. You can have the same schedule for multiple days or months. 
  
• You can have multiple composition at different timings. You can also do repeats. 
  
• Once the time and composition is selected, click on "Save"
  
• Give a name to the schedule.
  
• Click on "Save & assign" and select the displays and click on "Schedule"
  
• Your contents are now live on the selected screens.

3. Default Composition:

1. Click on "Publish".
   
2. Click on "Select" under Default composition.
   
3. Select the screen you want to display a composition on.
4. Select the required composition that you want to display.
   
5. Click on "Publish" once done.
